Yadoya Hotel

The hotel is renovated, clean and in a great location (in the city center, close to the metro station and the shopping area). The room was spacious, very clean, with all the necessary facilities. The staff is really kind and helpful. It has great breakfast, wonderful coffee, tasty food and a lot of choices for vegans and vegetarians.

The Staff ( Mohammad, Fernanda & Adam) are the BEST! Friendly, hospitable and very patient with all our questions. They gave us great advice and it was nice getting to know them. We arrived early morning so we left our luggage in a secure space and ventured into the city which is about a 20-25 min walk. The morning breakfast staff equally awesome. I recommend taking the breakfast as part of you plan . They offer hot section of scrambled eggs ,bacon dumplings and rice. They have cold cuts and cheeses . A waffle machine and all types of coffee. There is a Carrefour a down the street so you can pick up stuff for the day which was great. The pictures you see online are exact.

This was probably the best hotel we stayed in so far. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all matters from parking to finding an adaptor to charge my phone. They were also very child friendly and made us feel very comfortable as a family. I loved the fact that we could regulate the temperature and the air conditioning in the rooms, the little coffee machine in each room was a big plus too. Showers were exceptional and the bed mattresses were very comfy. We only stayed for one night, but I truly wished we could stay longer and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling in Brussels. Overall, a great experience. Thank you so much!🥰🥰🥰

The staff were very welcoming when you walked through the door. The hotel was immaculate very clean and homely. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. They provided coffee and water. The breakfast was brilliant they even had a waffle machine. My friend is gluten free so they provided her with gluten free bread each morning.

Lovely receptionist upon check-in, absolutely loved her. Customer service was great throughout as well. The room was lovely and clean. Usually, I'd still find dust and hair when it comes to hotel rooms from a "newly cleaned" room upon check-in, but not this hotel. They definitely take pride in cleanliness, especially as the brand is Japanese inspired through style and culture. Spacious room and complimentary coffee only with Nescafe, no tea, but you have a supermarket store around the corner. Easy to ask for additional facilities, i.e. iron and board, and they will have it sent to your room. They have snacks and drinks from Japan that they sell, if people are interested. Location is right on the edge of the city centre, but you have a metro right outside, and to be honest, if you like walking, you can reach the city centre in less than 30 mins. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Brussels. A lovely quiet night's sleep with no noise issue from other rooms or outside. I would come back here, if visiting Brussels again.
